- Support to the creation of a centralized Cyber Program, in an ambitious digital transformation project
- Inventory of already existing cyber security projects and their associated budget
- Prioritization of those projects according to strategic axes, and renouncement proposals
- Creation of transversal projects portfolio comprised of projects that will be common for different entities within the bank
- Design of a new governance (committees, RACI, interface with business units...) and redesign of the existing projects' governance to integrate it in the new model

- Maturity analysis of Cyber Programs from more than 15 international offices : review and validation of maturity evidences for 20+ cybersecurity projects (IAM, PAM, Third Parties Security...) based on NIST framework

- review and validation of evidences to check the declared maturity level
