I am a 20+ years experienced CFO / Finance Director in large international companies. I have an extensive financial and management experience, coupled with a 5+ experience background in audit (KPMG). I lead the Finance function across various international environments (B to B, pharmaceutical industry, automotive..), in complex matrix organisations. I am also acting as a business partner, providing guidance and recommendations, driving solutions and action plans. I work in multicultural environments, work under pressure, meet deadlines and deal with complex projects (restructuring, offshoring..). My 15+ experiences in US companies developed my problem solving approach as well as my leadership skills in managing and motivating large teams (up to 120). I also developed my expertise in Business Models, Finance reporting, Financial processes, Business planning, Forecasts, Restructuring, Outsourcing, and technical skills (IFRS, US GAAP). Master Degree (MBA) from HEC, and French Certified Public Accountant, I have a strong background in Finance as well as in leadership and people management. My functional and technical skills are : Finance, Controlling, Budgeting and Forecasting, Tax, Decisions support, linked with strong communications skills and an ability to develop and motivate financial teams.
