Summary
30 years as a founder, CEO and MD of SMEs, in BtoB as well as BtoC environments, have brought me a wealth of experiences closely related to the digital transformation and/or transition of businesses. I had the opportunity to experience the roller coaster of entrepreneurship emotions, from the Stock Market listing of one company to the Receivership of another, and all the other stages in between including heavy restructuring as well as different funding phases and schemes.
Thanks to a broad education (Engineering degree in Computer Science, Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and HEC MBA major Corporate Finance), I have developed a very strong adaptability favoured by a natural curiosity to discover and understand the specifics of very different types of businesses. Fluent in both French and English (with some German too), I was often involved in the business development side of the businesses I oversaw with a strong exposure to the French and Benelux markets.
Eager to strengthen my skills in terms of leadership, I completed training in 2020 as an Executive Business Coach enabling me to extend my awareness of the issues at stake to engage and align teams for the development and success of a company / project.
I have been acting as a Sparring Partner for business leaders for the last 18 months, making sure that they stay ahead of the game, because it can sometimes be lonely at the top.
Focus: helping managers to be better businesspeople work through the toughest issues and make their own fully formed decisions but above all asserting their leadership. Amongst others : strategy crafting, marketing strategy, go to market planning and execution, financing management, business expansion in continental Europe.
