Cosy Colis solves this issue. We give carriers access to local communities of 3000+ trusted neighbours, covering all France, so that 100% of parcels can be delivered at the first attempt. When the carrier cannot deliver a parcel, he pays us to access a trusted neighbour and hand him the parcel over. Then, the neighbour and the customer use our app to schedule an appointment and exchange the parcel.
