Summary
DEVELOPING PEOPLE and BUSINESSES and UNLOCKING PEOPLE POTENTIAL have always been a common driver for me all along my career and as a manager.
A 22 years experience in FMCG and luxury Industries, in International companies (Nestlé, Beiersdorf, Mondelez), in leading position in Category and Revenue Growth Management (Global position at Headquarter in Germany), in E-Commerce, in Sales (Local and international negotiation) , Marketing (Development and operational) and Training on Food, cosmetics and luxury brands, in local and international environment.
In April 2021, I decided to have a new way of working - the job tandem = sharing my job with another manager at Beiersdorf on my Global Sales position.
It gaves me the opportunity to set up in parallel my own activity, PULSE' : Consultant to help young people and adults to better know themselves in order to find their study and professional career development, transition. I already had the opportunity to accompany 20+ people (adults and youngs) in the career path.
I also had the opportunity to lead a transition management mission on E-commerce, as Freelancer, to support the development of Mondelez France on Last Milers customers in Ecommerce and develop the Mondelez France marketplace on Cdiscount.fr.
