Senior Partner Development Manager
• Establishing and developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of 9 Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), generating 8.5M$ of revenues annually.
• Leveraging cross departmental resources to develop Go-to-Market (GTM) and Co-selling strategies to meet Microsoft and partner sales goals. This led to a 130% increase on the portfolio’s targeted revenues for FY22.
• On-boarding ISVs into the Microsoft ecosystem by aligning Microsoft’s value proposition, products, channels, and solutions with the partner's business goals.

HILTON Hotels - Permanent contract
From July 2014 to December 2019
• Identified, pursued, and cultivated business relationships between HNWIs and Hilton HQ permitting to adapt the chain’s global corporate models to local business realities by speaking three languages fluently.
• Managed relationships between external clients and an internal multi-disciplinary team of 20 (Finance, Architectural and Legal departments) allowing to integrate a portfolio of hotels into the Hilton ecosystem worth $600M USD in real estate value.
• Negotiated commercial terms and management contracts adding +30% of the room growth of Hilton MENA in 2018 and 2019 and resulting in US$ 17 million in profits for the company.
• Piloted Hilton’s strategic market entry into the North African Market. Responsible for increasing the brand’s presence from 0 to 6 hotels within 2 years (1-year development cycle for each) while maintaining full development responsibilities for the Middle Eastern market.
• Obtained approvals for investments on behalf of the chain.
• Led public participation in conferences and press interviews on behalf of the Hotel chain.
• Started as Manager in 2014, promoted to Senior Manager Development in 2016.
