More than 10 years of international experience as a Senior Procurement Manager and Global Team Lead in Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies: Henkel, SC Johnson, Bacardi-Martini, PepsiCo.

Known as an expert in the Indirect Procurement arena, I led globally or across the EMEA region indirect spendings such as Capex (equipment, engineering services and consultancy), Opex (maintenance, systems and operations), Purchased Services (temp. labor, travel and entertainment, fleet, IT & telecoms, logistics, HR services, facility management, utilities, property management).

I am acting as a change agent and a procurement and supply chain ambassador in highly challenging markets.

My key responsibilities:
-To design procurement strategies together with my team and in collaboration with our key stakeholders and identified sponsors,
-To deliver the 3 to 5 years strategic plan,
-To drive and enhance supplier relationship management,
-To lead or sponsor large / medium scale projects,
-To provide coaching and leadership to the wider procurement community,
-To design and support the implementation of lean Purchased to Pay processes and systems.
