Christophe Lacroix is leading the global operations at MOTUL developing and implementing an international strategy, a culture of excellence, accountability and execution required to support an aggressive growth plan in the field of lubricants. He also leads the breakthrough innovation and the digital transformation for the group.
Christophe Lacroix held various positions in business having full P&L responsibilities, in business development covering a wide variety of markets (medical, electronics, sporting goods, automotive,...), thanks to a double culture with a Ph.D. obtained in Montreal and a business degree from HEC in Paris.
Christophe Lacroix is a multilingual professional, with high international exposure and a proven track record of framing, scoping and creative problem solving. He experiences global positions related to leading international teams and innovative business with major industrials, CMOs and OEMs, interacting at operational up to board level. He has the interpersonal skills to manage internationally multigenerational teams.
Christophe Lacroix is highly adaptive, transitioning from high performance materials to biotechnology and lubricants. He has a motivational leadership with proven track record of creating, launching, developing, integrating new businesses as well as growing, optimizing, reorganizing existing businesses and inducing global change management.
