- technology using sensors inside injection molds to drive injection presses in a closed‐loop.
- Supervised the technological and economic feasibility study to vertically integrate liquid silicon injection
- molding and quantified the investment needed.
- Successfully implemented the plastic regeneration process of PPA using thermo‐analytical techniques such
- as Differential scanning calorimetry, Thermogravimetric analysis and melt flow rate testing as well as
- mechanical testing such as traction test, shear test, bending
- Actively participated in the design of a cutting‐edge ultrasonic sprue removal system and personally
- troubleshot the ultrasonic system
- Influenced operators to use scientific methodologies to set up injection presses by training them on plastic
