Since November 2022, I hold the position of Group Project Manager / Chief of Staff to the General Secretary of Heppner, a company specialized in the transport of freight and logistics.

From April 2021 to November 2022, I held the position of Costing and Financial Lead for the International Business Development department of Transdev Group. Directly reporting to the Senior Vice President, my main role is to design and implement the financial offer of the group's international tenders, and to support the operational teams and the bid director in the overall package of the offer.

From November 2019 to April 2021, I was part of the Performance Task Force of Transdev Northern and Central Europe zone, directly reporting to the CEO of the zone, in charge of increasing the EBIT margin and growing contract’s profitability in 6 different countries. My main role was to support the delivery of performance related projects, which means:
- Conducting detailed analysis, crunching operational and financial data, analyzing KPIs, reviewing processes, interviewing key managers, organizing workshops to understand the low performance root causes
- Participating to the elaboration of recommendations, action plans and following them up

Before Transdev, I was a strategy consultant at Roland Berger for more than 2 years, with an experience of 15+ projects conducted. I developed skills in strategic plan, change management, due diligence and new technologies (AI, data). I also have working experiences in audit and telecommunication industries.

My main points of interest focus on strategy, operational and financial performance, innovation and digital business.
Thanks to my experiences, I am able to:
- Crunch operational and financial data, analyze KPIs, review processes, interview key stakeholders and define recommendations and action plans
- Deliver key strategic recommendations based on a detailed analysis
- Run a strategic due diligence by modelling the market, identifying the competitors and assessing the business plan of the company
- Analyze technological issues and understanding the threats and opportunities of digital for a company

Academic background : I graduated from HEC Paris (Master in Management, Grande Ecole Program) in business administration in June 2017, where I mainly studied finance, accounting, strategy and marketing. I also did a master degree at HEC Paris and Telecom ParisTech specialized in digital business and innovation.
