• Set-up and currently developing the Asia-Pacific & Middle East regional branch (P/L responsibility).
• Managing relationships with Malaysian governmental bodies and institutions.
• Establishing strategic alliances and partnerships.
• Effectively managing a network of 4 partners in Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea and Australia).
• Leading the entire strategic planning, business development, sales & marketing and tendering process cycles of ITP in the region.
• Managing commercial interfaces with clients, developers and partners at project execution stage.
• Promoting company solutions at international conferences and webinars.
• Implementing the push towards New Energy Solutions (focus on LNG, Liquid Hydrogen and Ammonia, CO2 capture).
• Key achievements: generated 50 million USD cumulative contract revenues (Singaporean, Australian and Thai energy subsea studies or projects).
