From June 2020 to December 2021
I am responsible of Asset Light Project for Colas Group.
My role is to developp a new way of purchasing Equipment which decrease the cash necessary to invest.
I work with financial, computability, equipment teams and our auditors to develop the model.
In external, this is also a new model for suppliers where we have everything to build.
I also have the responsability of the Annual tender for Colas Group Equipment (850 equipment, 150M€/year).
I have a team that work on the subject 6 months per year, all around the world.
