We create innovations based on Traditional Chinese Medecine principles.
Realizations: Marketing supports, visual identity, company’s culture, pricing, sales,
production (training and services), website.
Responsibilities: Piloted commercial development, managed administration, animated the
team (four associates), managed accounting, created the business plan, developed the
different offers.
Results: 10% increase in the sales, 94% customer satisfied, a dozen of offers launched,
29 articles in the blog.

Responsibilities: Animated the teams (four associates and a network of 10 independent
