A very good and detailed review by Lawfirm White & Case about the proisions of the new Belgian Code on Companies and Associations, which has come into effect on 1st May 2019 for new cos and 1st January 2020 for existing cos.
Essentially a modernisation and more flexibility, but some chanegs are compulsory!
