I lead strategic initiatives to transform the way hospitals, clinics, doctors, nurses can better serve their patients.
Within a challenging international markets, I build bridge between Partners and Philips teams to develop and grow business with innovative proposition and solid operation.
I enjoy to lead, coach and develop the people I work with. Together, we achieve a high level of performance and engagement.

In B2B and B2C Consumer Electronics, I hold various Service & Operation management roles, I developed capabilities to handle complex situation. The international assignments allow me to learn from different cultures and adapt the way I drive my business. I've managed one of the biggest Telco/Satellite accounts accross the globe and have developped a strong sense of driving solutions focusing on customers needs.
