"Being position in the French organization, I lead strategic initiatives to transform the way we serve our customers: Hospitals, private doctors, etc.
Within a challenging market, I build a bridge between our service workforce and international support function to improve the profitability of our business. I lead, coach and develop the people I’m working with. Together, we achieve a high level of performance and engagement.
During 18 month, I lived a tremendous acceleration with the EMBA; broaden my business skills, my leadership and my network. Through the capstone project, I develop a strategy to growth business in the Cardiology space with a value proposition based on connected devices & integral solution for the doctor.

In B2B and B2C Consumer Electronics, I hold various Service & Operation management roles, I developed capabilities to handle complex situation. The international assignments allow me to learn from different cultures and adapt the way I drive my business. I managed one of the biggest Telco/Satellite accounts and develop a strong sense to understand the customers needs. My peers recognize I’m a business acumen.
