More than 15 years experience in Channel sales (retail and B2B ) , senior management and sales leadership roles in telecom and consumer electonics goods for inovative companies - BlackBerry and Palm - has given me a good understanding of challenges faced by company growth but also an insight about High-Tech evolution and disruptive innovation such as Apps, MOOC , 3D printer and Big Data.

My core strength :

* Analytical skill : Design and execute sales strategy, go to market plan to ensure achievement of corporate and local objectives such as revenue increase, Install based growth, eco-system creation, user experience improvement, market shares gains.

* Strong Interpersonal skill to negotiate with C-level, top and mid management to create and develop partnership beyond the sales cycle.

*Sales and marketing skill to deal with direct (B2B large account) and channel sales management and also to play an active role in sales opportunities.

* Lead teams (direct report and dotted line report) and act as a go between for cross functional teams (pre sales, sales op, marketing , finance) in order to meet with customers expectations
