- Supported the implementation of a mid-stream gas joint venture (Basrah Gas Company) between Shell and South Gas Company, a local state-owned company: Developed the company’s organization structure, functional statements, manpower mapping, manual of authorities, scorecard, compensation scheme, and business management system, Designed contracts & procurement, finance, commercial & marketing, human resources, production, internal assurance, and governance processes. Developed and rolled-out the company’s contracts and procurement procedure manual. Monitored the work streams weekly progress as part of the Project Management Office
- Assessed the marketing & sales strategy and capabilities for a regional petrochemicals company, designed strategic options, and determined margin improvement levers as well as required capabilities and enablers
- Developed the integrated energy strategy for Iraq covering capacities, resources, allocation plans, export plans, and institutional set-ups (reforms and enablers) for oil & gas, power, and energy intensive industries
