- Digitalised the service with the implementation of a new sourcing tool, of a global automated dashboard and of a benchmark platform for sea freight. As a result, increased procurement efficiency, supplier performance follow up and market intelligence.

- Led glass and elastomers sub-categories for all sanofi entities worldwide: budget of around 160 m€ with 100 main suppliers worldwide.

- Defined and Implemented Tubular Glass and Elastomers Strategies on more than 40 manufacturing sites.
