 Defined and managed a strategic reorganisation into the newly formed JV: synergies achieved above objectives by 25% in less than 2 years
 Managed business recovery after closure of 2 manufacturing facilities by filling-up other European facilities: industrial operating rates from 89 & 90% to 100%
