Currently, I am Co-Head, General Counsel and Company Secretary of Ledunfly SA, a $multibillion single family office, tasked with bringing structure, process, procedures, and best practices into this early stage, start-up. Over my career, I have built legal, tax, insurance, M&A, environmental, real estate, IP, and compliance departments in 4 countries. My earlier background includes roles as Director, General Counsel, Co. Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer, and Head of Tax & Insurance for a diverse group of listed and privately held companies; my sector experience encompasses private equity / venture capital / hedge funds, hospitality, natural resources, media, and manufacturing. Additionally, I have served as a Board Member and Secretary in numerous countries, addressing governance and organizational issues in publicly listed, start-up, non-profit, privately held, and family-owned companies.
