• Portfolio growth recorded in 2019 included: Mortgage 350 M USD (annual profit 40M USD); Consumer Lending 300 M USD (annual profit 65M USD) and Retail Portfolio amounts for 750M USD.
• Ideated and rolled-out special loan program for Bank’s targeted customers to increase penetration rate and improve customer acquisition strategy and elevated bank’s market share in consumer lending by 11%.
• Brain behind evolving, executing and managing retail strategy and tactical business plan, taking into account the market opportunity/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite.
• Pioneering role in:
o Driving and managing digital services and implementing first digital branch in the market.
o Increasing cross-sale ratio and achieved the highest equipment ratio (products per customer) in the market.
