My main role consists in the design and implementation of the Export Consulting and Domiciliation business lines within the local office of Civitta.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Market sizing, competition analysis, customer segmentation and sales funnel design.
- Consultancy services proposal design and pricing strategy.
- Profit and Loss forecast.
- Staffing needs evaluation and fulfillment.
- Business launch and roll-out.
- International trade mission organization.
- Development of a network of partners and suppliers.
- Commercial support on various Civitta client relations.
- Company representation in inter-institutional meetings, events etc.
