- Review Revenue Forecast with Sales, Contract Management, Rev-rec team
- Monitor CFFO performance with Credit collection team
- Review Sales quota deployment and Sales Performance with Sales Ops

- Business partner of the EMEA VP Partners and Digital Sales
- Design sales organization: own, coordinate and effect organization alignment
including planning, go to market, quotas deployment, sales plans &
compensation, teaming with Sales, Finance and HR
- Manage the weekly Forecast process and Business review
- Sales performance management (KPIs): individual sales performance, incentives
and compensation (including sales territory management)
- Partner Management: Alliance/Partner Ecosystem, Business Plan, Partner
performance and marketing funds/rebate management.
- EMEA lead in the development of the SFDC Partner Portal
