In my Coaching Expertise, I specialize in empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential through targeted coaching initiatives:

- Individual Coaching: Master time management, anticipate conflict, develop self confidence and achieve personal growth objectives.
- Team Coaching: Foster collaboration and boost collective performance by aligning team dynamics with organizational goals.
- Executive Coaching: Address critical managerial challenges, such as team leadership, conflict resolution, and the development of impactful leadership skills.

Team coaching tools: DISC, MBTI and Hogan

The MBTI identifies personality types along four dimensions: Extraversion/Introversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, and Judging/Perception.

DISC analyzes behaviors according to four main styles: Dominance, Influence, Stability and Compliance, facilitating communication and collaboration.

The Hogan Assessment measures personality traits, values and leadership characteristics to predict performance and prevent failure.


My managerial experience :
My main responsibilities as Managing Director ( up to 600 staff) of a FMCG subsidiary are as follows:
Achieving the company's financial targets
Develop the customer portfolio (key accounts, SMEs) through sales activity
Ensure the development of innovative products and services within short deadlines
Develop the skills of teams and managers within the framework of the Group's HR policy
Provide a reporting system to control operations while respecting budget figures
Accelerate the company's transformation by coaching teams.

- 5 expatriate countries (over a year) Russia, USA, Ireland, Dubai, Kazakhstan,
