J'ai travaillé en tant que Directeur Général et membre du Board pour développer l'activité, la rentabilité, le portefeuille de produits, les équipes. En quelques années, j'ai réussi à faire de Dermaceutic une marque en forte croissance avec une excellente rentabilité avec plus de 30% de marge.

En mai 2019 : j'ai lancé l'alerte concernant plusieurs non conformités. Des actions rectificatives ont eu lieu et d'autres sont en cours (par exemple le rappel des dispositifs médicaux par l'ANSM en 2020) .


Lucas drove the Dermaceutic business in the following areas: corporate strategy, brand positioning, marketing / branding, upstream R&D program, new initiatives, operational marketing, product supply, organization processes, recruitment and financial planning.

As GM Lucas successfully led top-line growth and the high-paced expansion of Dermaceutic which became a highly profitable (30%+), trusted brand, through a combination of licensed products, new products, new suppliers, new concepts, new branding, new segmentation and new medical devices.

As a minority shareholder, Lucas is currently seeking that the Company is properly tooled for long-term success: for patients, consumers, partner doctors and clinics, as well as regulators and authorities and believes that all stakeholders deserve honesty and integrity.

#Dermaceutic #Dermosciences Lucas continues to advocate a full reform, following on the French regulator: ANSM's global recall of 6 Dermaceutic medical devices in 2020 and pluri-annual injunction on its operations.
