• Spearheaded an enterprise-wide governance strategy allowing for joint decision making between the academic and community hospitals leading to improved collaboration and allowing for lower IT maintenance costs for both sites.

• Created and executed a hybrid command center strategy for Epic go-live with 50% of our analyst team onsite and 50% working remotely to support go-live.

• Developed program with clinical and operational leaders to increase patient engagement through the use of a patient portal resulting in an improved experience for patients, clinicians, and administrative staff.
• Collaborated with Chief Executive Officers and Chief Information Officers to identify my clients’ technological needs, develop strategies to meet these needs, and to agree on a statement of work for Epic to support these needs.

• Managed an end-user training program designed to train 8000 employees on the enterprise software suite over a 10 weeks period. In post-live surveys, employees rated their training experience as a 4.5 out of 5.0.
• Managed overall revenue cycle success by ensuring system adoption and utilization highlighted by an average decrease in accounts receivable days by 5.8 days across my clients.
