• Oversaw implementation of cross functional areas including revenue capture, and clinical research and billing ensuring manual processes were followed and automated processes were implemented wherever possible leading to a 25% increase in hospital revenue at each health system.
• Managed end-user training program designed to train 8000 employees over 10 weeks prior to the go-live of the enterprise software suite. In surveys post go-live, employees rated training experience as a 4.5 out of 5.0. • Managed overall revenue cycle success by ensuring system adoption and utilization highlighted by an average decrease in accounts receivable days by 5.8 days across my clients.
