Implementation of OpEx initiatives across Novartis business processes. Key projects:
• Strategy. Definition of the future supply chain configuration for the new blockbuster product. Project team composed by top management from different areas: Supply chain, Quality, Legal and Finance, and External suppliers from U.S.A. and Europe.
• Operations. Definition of methodology to standardize business process to support the implementation of the new operating model of the organization.

Projects in Brazil, USA, Colombia and Chile.
Manage the client expectations and the project team, define methods and targets. Main tasks:
1. Management of clients and project teams.
2. Establishment of project targets and report structures to different organizational levels inside the company.
3. Development of Operational Excellence Programs as well as coaching and mentoring of Lean Leaders.
4. Implementation of the project. Leadership of consultants and clients’ teams.
5. Development of new methodologies, such as lean concepts for supply chain focused on cost reduction and material management, procurement and shop floor management.

Projects in Brazil, Colombia and Chile
Implementation of the project. Main tasks:
1. support the development of Operational Excellence Programs as well as coaching and mentoring of Lean Leaders.
2. Implementation of the project, data analysis and leadership of multidisciplinary teams composed of 6 to 20 people through all phases (analysis of current situation, concept and design of solutions, pilot implementation and definition of roll-out plan).
3. Development of new methodologies, such as lean concepts for supply chain focused on cost reduction and material management, procurement and shop floor management.
