Résumé
My name is Elisa Muller, graduated in February 2020 from Glion Institute of Higher Education with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, I am currently a MSc X-HEC Entrepreneurs student.
Passionate and ambitious, I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself. While my relatives would say I am someone generous, reliable, and people-oriented, I consider myself a dynamic, enthusiastic, and perceptive person. Customer experience, communication, and leadership are my strengths. While perfectionism can be interpreted as a weakness, in my opinion, it means that details matter.
My professional objective is to propose innovative projects that will implement a customer experience. I have a deep interest to innovate and initiate brand-new and sustainable concepts. I am determined to expand my knowledge and put myself in concrete situations.

EXPERIENCE:
In Glion, my enthusiasm for the hospitality industry became a real passion.
Glion started with 4 months of Applied Learning (Kitchen, Service, Housekeeping and Reception) which required hard and soft skills.
During my entire curriculum, each course included a group project where my relationship management, collaboration and critical thinking were competencies that have progressed.
During my two internships part of my studies, I showed some initiatives and gained an overall view of this fascinating industry.
For my last semester, I specialized in International Hotel Development and Finance and I received the "merits" distinction for my thesis on the subject of "Case Study of Airbnb Brussels: A Threat or a New Hospitality Trend?". My piece of work aimed to analyze the long-term Airbnb Brussels competitive position to be considered as a threat or just a new hospitality trend.
