With business, marketing and management experience of profit centers for more than twenty years, I successfully led sales forces and technical teams in electrical and industrial products and automation solutions for Industry.
Assuming Managing position for years in its components, sales & marketing, technical, financial, HR, I redefine strategy, redeploy sales policy, allocate resources to new target markets and set up new performance standards.
Personally involved in negotiations with strategic customers of the company, I have a strong knowledge of French Industry, Automation business, sales channels direct as well as international projects and wholesalers management.
My practice of German and American company allowed me to gain real management experience in matrix organizations and multicultural environments. I fluently speak English.
