o Manufacturing network optimization for a multibillion US confectionery (10 sites - $170-190MM annual gross margin improvement), including Make vs. Buy decisions
o 3 year supply chain improvement plan for one of largest pharmaceutical company through site visits and interviews across plan, procure, make, deliver, external manufacturing, NPD and quality (59 sites)
o Inventory optimization for a retail store chain (in France, Spain, Poland and the UK)
o Category profit improvement for the leading Baltics mass retailer across all non-food categories
o Terms of sales program design for a multibillion US CPG company
