Damien

Damien is an experienced leader in IT, Telecom & Media. Since 2013 he has been driving the regional sales and business development of Ericsson Media in EMEA and US for strategic and global accounts before joining the Ericsson Executive Team in 2018, and then MediaKind. Throughout his career, he oversaw product development, support and operations before becoming Head of Sales Engineering, Head of Technology and Innovation and Head of Sales at EMEA and Global level. He is now Senior Vice President, Global Sales and member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Before joining Ericsson, Damien spent 15 years at Microsoft, 9 years on the B2B side within Enterprises & Partners Group engaging with large corporations and operators on IT & communication infrastructure, hosted platforms, and internet-based consumer services, and 6 years on the B2B2C side as part of the Entertainment & XBOX teams to expand sales of multi-services and multi-screens TV and video platforms and applications.

He takes great pride in his responsibility for growing media businesses, while also supporting broadcasters and operator’s entertainment business transformations to next-generation cloud services, applications and mobile first offerings, and entering into new customers segments for direct-to-consumers services as streaming becomes universal.

He has proven track record in multi-cultural and cross-functional leadership, P&L management, as well as in managing complex projects and partnerships while driving revenue growth through effective field organization enablement. He has successfully driven the sales and the expansion of innovative video services within Operators, Broadcasters and Content owners across regions and is contributing to MediaKind's long-term efforts to evolve to cloud native media services.
