After being hired to lead the complete overhaul of this business, I was instrumental in developing strategies that have delivered double digit growth over the last 2 years. I lead all aspects of the complex P&L management, sales, HR, marketing, and product management. By creating a strategic plan to reorganize the company, we were able to build consensus on our efforts to drive operational efficiency and rapid growth.

Over time, we have diversified our product mix and influenced significant change across various functional business areas. We guided account growth of up to 300% and additionally resolved over 80% of issues surrounding existing business processes.
