With 20 years of experience in international executive management and a dual background chemical engineer / Executive MBA HEC Paris, I enjoy helping companies to transform their organization through restructuring, business management and talent development.
Agile, I manage teams of several size (up to 5000 employees / 500M€ turnover) and nationalities with a strong capacity for adaptation and respect for each particularity. I build the commitment of the teams by giving them purpose with the performance of the company as a main concern.
