Following our successful 2017 events, please come and join our exceptional Canapés & Wine Pairing Masterclass organised in partnership with Le Cordon Bleu, one of largest networks of culinary and hospitality schools in the world.
EXCLUSIVE CANAPÉS & WINE PAIRING | WED, 24th MAY | CORDON BLEU (HOLBORN)
Founded in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu is a world renowned network of educational institutions dedicated to providing the highest level of culinary and hospitality instruction through world class programmes. Le Cordon Bleu has more than 35 institutes in 20 countries and over 20,000 students attend the school’s certificates, bachelors, and master degrees (including an online degree) every year.
Through this interactive culinary demonstration, you will learn how to train your palate and taste buds in order to successfully match food and wine. Under the guidance of Cordon Bleu’s Master Chef Anthony Boyd and Master Sommelier Matthieu Longuère, you will gain a better understanding of the interaction between food and wine.
By the end of the session you will understand how to design a canapé menu that is perfectly matched with wine.
