In the midst of the current industrial revolution, companies in all sectors are facing severe disruptions due to digitalization and the scarcity of resources and talent. Only those able to reinvent themselves will thrive. Laurence argues that to do so, they will have to be more open, responsible, innovative and inspiring.
Laurence Lehmann-Ortega (H.93) is an Affiliate Professor at HEC Paris. Specializing in business model innovation, she also co-authored Strategor and the recently-published Odyssey 3.14: (Re)invent your business model. In 2014, Laurence was awarded the Vernimmen prize which recognizes the best teachers at HEC Paris.
